There is no button for editing and then saving account information.

Where are you referring to? When you are in 'Manage Profile' you are automatically in edit mode. And, there is an 'Update' at center-bottom of the page with a picture of a diskette beside it.

But there's an account tab where you specify email, time zone, country, etc that does not have a way to save any changes you make. I too would like to know how to do that.

If the page you are referrring to has the title 'Manage Profile' in the top left corner, and has Company Info, Contact Info and Preferences as 3 subcategories, then that is what I am talking about. At the very center-bottom, just above 'Copyright 2006 by BuildCentral, Inc. Terms Of Use Privacy Statement' you will see a small pic of a floppy disk with 'Update' next to it. There is only one other page that I can see where you can change your email, along with name and user name, and it has the same 'Update' link at bottom.

If you click 'My profile' below your username, you cannot change certain info. Click your username, and you should be able to edit

Yes... I AM aware of that. I don't have the issue. YOU are the one that wants to know how to save the page with "email, time zone, country," and the link you talk about does NOT have all those. So, why is this conversation even continuing if you know what you are doing???????????

hey, mmcacgowa, if you need to edit certain things, be sure you click your actual username in the top right of the screen. If you clicky 'my profile' you cannot edit certain things. dallasbill knows that already.
