Anyone used energy 10 software?  Trying to build a new house with ICF geothermal high quality windows and passive solar and I figured this could help me shave some cost but someone told me it was very complicated to use.

Anyone like it or dislike it?

I periodically poke at it but have found it to be not very user friendly and always give up after a few hours.

Call an Energy Rater that can do your heat loss calculations. What part of the country are you in? Building Knowledge Consulting is who i use. They are so good they will probably be able to save you thousands of dollars by telling you what makes sense and what is wasting your time. If you are building a tight efficient shell with good windows and passive solar. Your probably wasting your time and money on geothermal. Especailly if it is a graound source with vertial wells. Your demand will be soo low that your payback will be in the 40-50 year range.
