I am building an ICF home this summer and am tossing around many ideas for exterior finishes. Does anyone on here know of a Hardie Board panel, or similar product , in sizes around 4'x8', or 2'x12', etc...?

Yeah, Hardisoffit and Hardipanel. James Hardie offers several different panels in various sizes. Check out jameshardie.com. Even though it's thinner than Hardiplank, you may be able to use hardisoffit as siding.
