| The SIPschool has successfully created an atmosphere that has allowed a sense of camaraderie amongst a group of SIP installers that have come to West Virginia for certification. The connections made allow them to draw on the experiences of the group to learn from other's mistakes and best practices. The SIPschool is intending to create the same type of atmosphere for CAD operators and design professionals later this Summer. This inaugural event is targeted towards those that work on production drawings, shop drawings, architectural design, and engineering design. Topics of discussion will include a keynote address from Bill Chaleff, plotting tips and techniques from HP, presentations from HSB and Dietrich, demystifying seismic engineering, customization of CAD software, a code update from NTA, and much, much more. CAD operators have historically been excluded from industry events and have become very isolated in their endeavors, the SIPschool wants to change this and encourages attendance by whole design departments - too much information will be shared and fun will be had to transfer it through just one representative. |

SIPschool,
is your training limited to OSB SIPs or do you address other systems as well? |
