Description:
Plans call for a new single family home or additions to an existing single family home. The property owner would like pricing for the addition, with and without a basement. Drawings are available upon request. The existing home, which is over a hundred years old, has a Poly Steel foundation and any additions would prefer to be made with the same material. The owner would also like to reuse the windows from the entry, living room and kitchen in the addition. In addition to the older widows the owner is interested in a 6 ft. door wall (interested in alternatives to this as well) and if there is a basement, an egress window and another smaller window.
