Green Building Leads Program

Green Building Leads connect you to project owners looking to build green. Each lead is generated when the project owner (generally the home/building owner) fills out an online Request for Quote on GreenBuildingTalk. We do not purchase or generate leads from any other source.

How does it work?

1. Project owners come to GreenBuildingTalk and fill out an online request for quote form to generate a lead.
2. Leads are sent in real time via email to building professionals that subscribe to the Green Building Leads program.
3. Subscribers review the leads to determine if the project/customers fits their market criteria and contact the project owner for further sales/marketing.

What kind of information is contained in a lead?

Each lead contains all the critical information you need to determine whether the job fits your criteria, including location (city/state), estimated budget, start date, green technologies/products under consideration, project description, contact information, and contact preference.

How many leads are available in my area?

You can search and preview the leads for free to see the number of leads coming in for each state and product/service.

What if the information on the lead is inaccurate?

Since the information is entered in by the project owner, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or even the validity of the information. There will be always be random users that fill out the RFQ for a purpose other than its intent. However, it is worth mentioning that we've been supplying leads for almost 10 years and have yet to get a complaint about the overall quality of the leads.

What if the project owner doesn't return my call or if I don't have success with the lead?

We want to be clear with you so there aren't any misunderstandings: Not every project owner will be interested in moving forward with you. Ultimately, the success you have with the leads will be based on how you represent yourself, your sales process/techniques and your work. We will do our part by getting you as many leads as possible and as fast as possible. Our programs are affordable and flexible- you subscribe month to month and can cancel any time. We do not offer refunds.
