Details: Remodeling plans turned into having Habitat for Humanity sell/recycle 1973 house materials, taking it down to the ground. Then build a smaller, compact, properly oriented replacement, with ICF walls and SIP roof/ceiling.

Middle, service corridor: West bathroom, Master bath toilets, Laundry, Machine room, Guest bathroom. Front, south side: Art studio/office, Office, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Pantry, Carport. Demolition about half way

Habitat for Humanity has taken down the west wing (bedrooms, library, entry). Somewhat less than half the job, I'd say. They expect to finish by end of this week, or at latest by end of July. (Reply)
