Still have issues with high energy costs plus now we are experencing high humidity with our Climatemaster Tranquility 27 3 ton units. We have recently hired an indpendent contractor to review the installation and do a load analysis on our home. He is in the process of doing so. (Reply)

Why did you select the open loop geothermal system vs the closed loop system? We are looking athe geothermal heat systems and need all the information we can get before making such a major decision. Thanks, Richard
