Details: going to build an icf house in a few years.
Particulars:
Roof – Metal
Ceiling – AAC precast concrete.
ICF walls – 12 feet walls. Gigacrete will be used instead of gym. board.
plumbing Plex pipe with a manifold system. With seperate softwater manifold. Most likely a vanguard system. I will used Studor vents for no roof vents.
Security system. Safe Room w/ vault door.
