Details: I am finishing up on my house that I have been building for a year and a half. It is a two story ICF house. I have did a TON of work by myself and with the help of my family and friends. I helped with the footings and slab, stacked and poured the ICF walls, installed doors and windows, installed siding and facial, all plumbing and electrical (structured wiring as well with security system and security cameras), hung 100 sheets of drywall, all texturing/paint, all trim work (crown and base molding, stairs and railings, installed 1900 square feet of tile, installed 900 square feet of laminate flooring, installed all cabinets, cut and assemblied all countertops (solid surface) and just about any other thing that I could do to save money. The items that I had subed out was the framing, brick work, metal roof, HVAC systems and Icenyne foam insulation. I also work a 40 hour week as well. Im almost Done!!!!!!!!!
