Check out Superior Walls located in Oxford Maine. We sell, manufacture,install and warranty our 5000psi insulated(r12.5)pre-studded concrete panels living space for basements. All Engineering and Manufacturing is performed off the job site and assembled in one day..that's right one day.We can supply precast lally column pads, create beam pockets when necessary,supply the rough openings for walkouts all framed in P/t to the net sizes for doors and windows even attached garages or precast bulkheads w/stairs.
