2,400 SQ-FT home, single story, poured and insulated full basement 2,400 SQ-ft. Climatemaster T-27 4-ton with strip heaters, 2-zones, main floor zone and basement zone, 2 bore holes each 300 feet deep in a parallel closed loop configuration.
