Doing an addition to existing house. Existing house is passive solar with radiant floor heat. Adding an addition and upgrading HVAC to GTHP (using a standing column well design) and solar hot water for space heating and DHW use.

We are looking at many different options. From Post&Beam with SIPs, to ICF walls (whole house) to a modular construction with 2x6 blown in foam insulation from HavenHomes. We would love to use radiant floor heating.
