• Method 1: Use a carpentry crew and teach someone to handle concrete or add a conrete person
• Method 2: Use a concrete forms crew and add a carpenter
• Method 3: Start a new crew from scratch with carpenters and concrete people

My experiance has shown me that it is best to have a carpenter on the crew. Someone who knows the next phase of the job will identify potential problems and help eliminate them.
