Method 1: Pre-glue on top plates with gaps to insert blocks as you pour
Method 2: Attach plates (bottom ones first) as you pour

Method 3: Pre-glue a block every few feet and trowel concrete to an angle

If you get the slump right and you can fill the gable end and then put top plate on in sections.
