Hello,

I will be building a yurt style home next spring. I am looking for information on heating systems. How efficient would radiant be with a post and pier foundation? I have been looking into different heating systems and I wasn't sure how the radiant would work without the concrete slab. Also for the upstairs I was looking at the Greenfire Pellet Stove from www.houseneeds.com  It claims to have an advanced air wash system to keep the glass clean at all times. Has anyone had experience with this pellet stove? This is the link: http://www.houseneeds.com/shop/stoves/greenfire_pellet_stove_insert_main.asp?stype=atop/woodstoveindex.asp&level=1
Please let me know if you have any information on this stove and if would be suitable for a 700 sq ft upstairs.

Susan
