I have a 210 foot long driveway with 2 runs (4 tubes) going to the bottom of the hill (about 30' lower than the house). There are insulated blankets below the tubes. The boiler would need to go in a mechanical room behind the garage, so the total run would be about 240'. I also have pex tubes in the sidewalk for a total of about 2,000 sq. ft. of heated area. Someone said that the run was too long to work properly, so the liquid would be too cool when it returned. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks Allen

You should seek the help of an experienced snow melt system designer.
