I need to supply a small basement apartment with some supplemental heating. I have a oil fired hot water heater immediatley beside the apartment. I will only need one radiator to supply enough heat to raise the temp a few degrees above what that of the main heating system and also give the renters some control over the level of heat in the apartment. Can anyone suggest the minimum basic components that I would need and possibly where I could look for them.
