Cost of adding zones to new construction

Wondering what the approximate cost is to change from a two zone design to a 3 zone design? This is prior to construction. Seem it is adding a zone control, a thermostat and some valves. The house is very small and the boiler is centrally located so the additional pex will be insignificant. Thanks
