I am looking for recommendations for radiant HW heat in a residential slab on grade application to be built in NW Georgia

Make sure the PEX tubing has an oxygen barrier or the boiler will rust out!
Other than that, radiant heat is the way to go.

Yes, keep design water temp 120F or below, also compare fuel costs.
