I am looking to see if someone could possibly give me a ballpark cost per Sqft. for an installation in NH.  Currently on the construction of a new building in NH the CM is quoting about $9.32 per SQFT. installed in slab for about 2900 Sqft. Everthing I can find online seems to be more in the ballpark of $1.70 - $3.00 a sqft.  Can anyone tell me if he is way out of the ball park?

We see contractor installed prices in the $7.50-$15.00 square foot price range regularly depending on the system and region of the country.
We sell slab packages in that size with condensing boilers depending on the number of zones for about $7,500.00. Add domestic water will run another $1,250.-1,500. Add solar, + $3,000.00
The list of options goes on. Placing pex pipe in a slab is not that difficult.
