Have a 1973 built house with ceiling radiant electric cables. In one bathroom there is no heat and I would like to know how to diagnose and repair. Thought it was a bad thermostat (240v mechanical) so I replaced it with a Honeywell but it does not show that it is getting power. The bathroom was remodeled and I am not sure if the contractor may have done something to damage the cables or not, it was spring when the work was done so didn't use heat till months later.
