So I'm done with my tubing layout and my concrete guy is coming Thursday.  I figured I should pressure test before he comes and have pressure in the lines when he is pouring.

I capped my manifolds and hooked up a Schraeder valve to one end of the supply manifold and pumped in 50 psi of air.

My problem is that I will not be able to tell if my tubing is leaking because my manifold is leaking like a seive.  I have two Sioux Chief Branchmaster manifolds with the valves on each drop.  The air is rapidly leaking out around/through the valves.  I'm maybe losing 1 psi/minute, and I can hear the air coming right out around the valve shut-off lever.

Is this normal?  Will the manifolds hold water or will they leak water out around the valves too?
