Please excuse this newbie question: My helper was a little hasty with nipping the zip ties and put a nick in the pex. I really don't want to have any couplings in the concrete, and am considering tearing this loop out and just replacing it. Is this over kill, how trustworthy is a crimp repair? I've attached a pic. The damage is rather minimal and the tubing is holding pressure, but I feel it would be irresponsible to leave this be. What would you do?

Thanks for the replies. I ended up replacing that loop, there's enough undamaged length for a staple up bathroom loop on my upper floor.

Mike: it is O2 barrier, from ThermaPex.

Dan: I did pick up some crimp couplings, but given I had some extra time (concrete guy is off schedule) I just figured I'd replace. Believe me, I'm being careful. My helper (father, god bless him) is sometimes a little eager.
