This is how socialism starts ...they will want more taxes later..never ends. Yes electric taxes too will be passed on to consumer by big companies. Something to consider now when you design radiant heating systems. 1) Extraction and Prevention of BTU Heat loss is required .... I am now SERIOUSLY looking for a via solution to OIL. I already have 70mm and 58mmx2000mm evacuated tubes,3 manifolds,over 3300 feet(<250') of loops with zvc and 011's. I burn 900-1200 gallons of #2 fuel oil (3500sq ft/5k) and I am hooking up my evauated tubes with OIl as backup or possibly on demand electric.
