was looking at a mr pex manifold
the spec's on it are 10 zones and the supply line is 1 inch and my radiant heat tubing is 1/2 inch
so my question is?
how can a 1 inch supply support 10 ports at 1/2 inch each? my math is about 4 ports
what am i missing?
thanks guys

you're missing your flow rate requirement and pump sizing. just because you're using 1/2" pipe for loops doesn't mean you needed pipe that big to handle your flow requirements.
