Hello, I have radiant floor heating with propane gas. We built our home in 2003. We have a through-the-wall gas water heater furnace. The problem is we have hot water, but no heat. I turned the thermostat off and back on and it clicks but nothing else. The unit does not click on except to heat water. My floor is cold and there is no heat, could I have a bad circulation pump and if so can I replace on my own? I have checked the pipes and they are hot.

You should call a professional with experience in radiant floor heating. This is how you find one.
