Well guys, thanks for the broad information. I do have a room by room ManJ. I didn't"t share that level of detail because I didn't expect to ask for that level of free info here. I am paying for a full-on analysis, and I am getting great service. My main objective was to get heat source suggestions. The tankless water heaters are widely recommended, and I wanted some experienced opinions there. The analysis you guys added yesterday, mainly regarding the future of electricity, my current relative costs, and how it is generated, leave me able to settle on a gas heat source. Further, there are some more expensive options that are attractive, like the IBC, but the cost of the HTP that Dana recommended is one third the price. While it requires accessories(relays, etc.) that the IBC has built in, there is some appeal to having those items separate so that I can buy the boiler, the extra components, and still replace the boiler in the future for the same money as the IBC boiler.
