We are trying to do this on the cheap here and are pretty handy, Carpenter and mechanical drafter here. Is there any info. available out there that would help us build the panel ourselves?

This is in the Radiant Forum.... Not sure what you mean by "Panel" Solar panel, SIP panel, Radiant Pump panel? We might be able to help you with more info.
