Does anyone have experience with Liquid Filled Electric Hydronic Baseboards? I would like to replace our standard electric baseboard heating with something more efficient. (1600 sqft 2 level townhouse in PNW). I don’t really care for mini-splits and I don’t want to install a boiler system. I came across these: https://www.marleymep.com/products/fahrenheat/plf-liquid-filled-electric-hydronic-heaters

I can't see these being more efficient than what you have. With electric the heat it creates goes into the room no mater what. There isn't a vent to waste energy like with natural gas so it is 100% efficient though not the cheapest way to heat but actually the most expensive.
Where do you live and what is your budget? Do you need Air Conditioning? Mini splits have some newer cassettes that hide the head unit in the ceiling or wall. They are the wholly grail over the whole year.....cheap to run, provide both heating and AC....

We are about an hour or two north of Seattle, so heat usually isn’t an issue. But it sounds like mini splits with improved cassettes is the way to go. We just got natural gas, so maybe I should look into that.

I have geo thermal and natural gas. A couple years ago I made a weeks long comparison of running the 2 and NG was cheaper at 80% of the cost to run then geo.
