Is there an effective way to calculate the annual electricity requirement of a geo system? Is there a good website to help do this? Thnaks for any advice.

Most design programs will do this. I have attached a report on a recent job that we did.
You need to know the size of the unit, the heat loads for the building, the annual run time hours, the location of the home, the type of loop.
