I ran acrossed this on another website, i thought it might prove useful to someone trying to decide on a brand to go with. They are rated 1 to 5, with 5 being the best rating. This of course is just one contractors opinion, if anyone disagrees, please voice you opinion.

I'll take a stab in the dark and gas this "one contractor" is a water furnace dealer. Climatemaster makes the Carrier, Bryant, Century and Comfortaire so if we're judging system performance vs. dealer service there is nothing scientific about this report.

Note the somewhat positive words on HydroTemp, then a bottom rating!? I'll look elsewhere for comparisons.

Well I haven't even heard of half the models listed, but yes I also found it strange that Comfort aire rating was lower then Climatemaster since they make them for Comfort aire anyway.
