I received a letter from my installer earlier this week. The letter indicates that there's a possibility that the freeze protection sensor on some Climate Master units are defective. The installer wanted to confirm my model and serial number with the information they have on file to determine if my unit is one of the units affected by this problem.

Anyone have any information about this Climate Master problem? I did a search and didn't see that this was covered before so I thought I'd post it for the forum members in case this is a new topic.
