3 each, 200' vertical bore holes.   Initial pressure test: Say the pressure holds at 100 psi for an hour.  How many of them would fail due to a lack pressure in the first year?  Thanks!  Howard

Are we talking fused HDPE?
Our failure rate is near 0.
Stuff can still happen though.

Howard,

I believe we have about 30 vertical installs and just over 100 total. We have never had a failure in the pipe or u-bend. We have had one failure in a pre-manufactured header. Quality control wasn't getting the fusion tools hot enough and a joint failed.

We have installed several thousand vertical loops. We have never had a loop fail.
