Maybe the moderator could help by not letting folks log on without a hometown and posting these or similar notes at the top of the forum.
Geo is specific to geography. Systems have different requirements based on whether they are in heating or cooling dominated climates.
SO......
1) if you skipped the part that asks where you live on the profiles, fill it in.
2) when you ask a question brevity helps.
3) when we ask a question, answer it.
Not trying to sound pr...ish, but if we don't know where you are from, we can't guess the nature of your design. If you don't answer our questions, we can't answer yours.

Joe's right - it is much easier to home in on likely issues if we have a general idea of the climate - it saves the inevitable back and forth questioning about where the system is located. Need not have exact town, metro area will suffice.

My own pet peeve is page-long paragraphs - smaller paragraphs are so much easier for me to read, digest, and respond to on a subject-by-subject basis.

Finally, starting a thread is free, so please start your own rather than asking your new question 2 pages into someone else's thread.

Point taken, but anyone here more than 5 minutes has heard me go on ad nauseam about Florida HVAC, and frankly, I don't ask too many tech questions about my own system...

I have "North Florida" in my profile, not sure why that doesn't get published. I'll try switching to a real city.

Note that it shows me as active only as recently as 7 November, so clearly something is wrong

The profile page has problem.

I have my location listed on my page, but the public view says N/A and it shows me last active on 11/02.

Engineer, I think you are a peach of guy as well.
