Thanks, I am new here and am thankful I have found this forum. My 17 year old Waterfurnace Premier system is 2 zones, vertical closed loop. I have never had any trouble in 17 years except occasional drain clog fault, and one side desuperheater pump failed years ago so I turned it off because it was $450 repair. I am getting much cooler air temp on one system than the other on heat mode. The WATER FLOW light is ON both systems but it hasn't shut them down. I can't find a good service company close to Ft Worth, Tx that has experience with waterfurnace. Any suggestions? Thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR, and GOD BLESS AMERICA! Randy

I take it you mean that you have 2 Premier units. The water flow light will stay on if the  unit faulted and was soft reset (via the thermostat). It also suggest a possible pumping problem in heating mode, so I would have a WF dealer look at it. If you go to the WF website they have a dealer locator to find someone in your area.
