I have a 5 ton cold flow furnace with 8 loops at 600 feet each loop. My coil keeps freezing up. Can anyone help me?

What's a "cold flow furnace"? Which coil freezes up?

Prior to freezeup, what are your entering and leaving water temperatures?

Is this an open or closed loop system? If closed, does it have antifreeze?

Much more information is required. Water and air temperature are a good start, but detailed information regarding the installation, performance since installation, previous maintenance, pressures, flow, amp draw..etc.

are you in cooling mode or heating mode when this happens? do you mean the air coil, the one the air is moving through or the exchanger which what the pump is connected to?
