Leaving air temps immediately past the evaporator coil in units with and without Climadry are the same. Air temp drop is normally < 30˚ F, often in 19˚- 26˚ dry-bulb range for Tranquility 27. Air coil freeze protection limit thermistor FP2 is normally set at 30˚
Climadry / Tranquility 27 does not offer a special provision for draining the reheat water loop inside the unit. This loop is filled with water / antifreeze mix along with the ground loop at install time and is flushed and purged at the same time. There is a hard-to-get-to (well, for me) and manually operated bleed valve on the top of the reheat coil for purging air from it.
Thermostat / DXM control switch the unit between cooling and dehumidifying automatically. Cooling has priority.
Climadry dehumidifies at stage 2 compressor in Tranq. 27. For a unit sized for heating in a cold climate, stage-2-only Climadry operation will likely lead to short on cycles, particularly in my case where Climatemaster thermostat (ATP32U02) has a fixed 2% relative humidity differential setting.
I'm a user not an installer. I got most of the above info from Climatemaster documents on the web.

The air blows through a coil containing refrigerant.
And then it blows through a water/air reheat coil. That's where the problem occurs if the water doesn't have antifreeze in it.
