Does anyone have experience or insight with installing geo in a manufacturing plant? This particular plant has 75 tons of cooling only as they use A/C pretty much year round. My concern is with well saturation from a continuous duty demand.

These types of installs are common.

Proper design can solve your concerns about well saturation

Isn't that enough tonnage that a cooling tower or some other direct exchange could be used during the winter months? Of course I don't know the location...

+1 what Dewayne said. Proper design will alleviate any problem. And along with what Curt said, EarthLinked could be a great fit for that.

Make sure they are using an economizer in the winter - no sense in using 50F ground temps for AC when the air is colder.
