Does anyone know of some large scale customer satisfaction surveys of Geo Owners and how to get the info?

Do you want to start one here? The results may be skewed toward dissatisfaction since many owners come here with problems in need of solutions. Dissatisfaction may also be skewed toward popular brands if more units in the field = more reported problems. Would need to adjust for these factors (and probably other factors) somehow. Any specific aspects that you are looking for, or just general satisfaction by brand or type of system? |

I have been approached by a professor who is looking for that data. Brand does not matter. He is hoping that some one has polled a large segment of geo owners and has some credible results. |

Sounds like he may have to commission his own study. Perhaps if he contacts a few of the big boys (CM, WF etc.) he might spark enough interest to get some help as well as customer data. J |

If he doesn't find any existing information, maybe he can do a survey of WEL customers? Can't get more credible than monitored data. Don't know if the sample size will be large enough. Just a thought... |

I have participated in many online surveys. Maybe the proffessor could post the polls here and other places with permission and gather the neccassary data? |

Don't know if the sample size will be large enough. Just a thought... There are now about 350 WEL Web Energy Logging units out in the field. And, each unit granting permission to be public is further identified by whether or not GSHP is part of the picture. See the units marked in green on this map: http://www.welserver.com/ . Best regards, Bill |
