Hi
My Climate Master Tranquility is dead, nothing on the thermostat and no lights on in the unit. Checked the power, getting 120 at each terminal black and red where they connect to the unit.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
John

Is there 240V across the wires?

Is there 240V across the wires? Is there 24V at the control board?

Did not check that, Only checked each wire separately.

The problem seems to have been a bad connection in the fuse panel. I measured each contact separately and got 120v off each. Then yesterday I measured across the 2 and got nothing.
Seems the installer did not do a good job of connecting to the fuse panel.
Thanks
John
