Compressor noise coupled through desuperheater piping

While working in my mechanical room to finish up my radiant heat system, I temporarily disconnected the desuperheater plumbing from my WF Synergy 3D, leaving only the loop piping connected with the unit operating in forced air mode. When I disconnected the desuperheater, I noticed a very significant reduction in the sound level of the unit while running. It is *a lot* quieter without the desuperheater piping to couple the compressor noise into the house walls/framing. The loop piping is flexible polyethylene, while the desuperheater piping is 1/2" copper supported by strut clamps in struts bolted to a framed wall. I would like to keep it this quiet after reconnecting the desuperheater. Any tips for isolating the plumbing from the structure while still properly supporting the pipe??? Thanks, Jeff

Pex pipe is one way to solve this. I would avoid PVC.

Excellent idea... Why I didn't think of that? PEX is rated for domestic hot water temps, and shouldn't couple vibration like copper. I could use just a short piece to bridge from the geo unit to the existing copper on the wall.
I guess the same could be done for the radiant hot water output from the Synergy as well? Except that it would need to be 1" (or larger) O2 barrier PEX...

Remember a DSH makes heat whether the pump circulates or not (making temps near the unit hot enough to melt CPVC in some instances) so while we have used some pex, we do not employ it for the first ten feet or so frome the unit.
