I have just installed a Tranquility 27 and it seems to be working somewhat, but I'm wondering if there is some fine tuning that can be done. It's a new construction home and Currently the system seems to be able to get the house to 60 degress, but not much more. I'm looking for any suggestions. On stage to my delta in the EWT and LWT is only about 5 degrees or so. I'm under the impression it should be more than this. Tranquility 2 4-ton EWT: 35.5 LWT: 29.7 CFM: 1750 5 X 600' slinky loops I'm not sure what other details I should provide at this point. I'm new to the geothermal industry and trying to learn as I go. Any information would be helpful.

Review the sticky thread "problem with your heat pump...start here"

Answer as many of the questions posed there you can and we will dig in. The first two numbers I'd like are air temperatures entering and leaving the unit (measured as close as possible to the unit, not at return grills / supply registers)
