The data on the link isn't in English and I don't know a thing about it, but like most things designed to speed up the ground the name "pixie" could easily be substituted for "power".

According to Dr Science, of the Rice Krispies stuck to the side of an empty cereal bowl, the ones at the top dry faster since they are nearer to the sun.

I take care to serve Rice Krispies after the sun comes up.

A judicious precaution.

Too often T/C of standard grout is still better than surrounding earth.

And as we have discussed so often, that doesn't matter. Thermally better grout is always better (except for your pocketbook). But there are certainly diminishing returns.
