i am finally getting somewhere and am getting very close to going ahead.

The contractor I found did his work and will install a horizontal 5 tonne system.

He is offering a Bard Geo-tec system, although I think he carries waterfurnace and climate master as well.

The questions are.......

Is the Bard system any good? should I be concerned over the make etc?

Any thing I should know?

I have used Bards and have noted no greater frequency of problems from them.

would it be worth $1,600 extra to go for a climatemaster tranguility 27?

Your installer is offering you a good/better/best presentation. It is likely you could barter that $1,600 price difference down and I'd say the T27 is worth about $1,000 more.
