Okay before anyone gets upset that this has been covered in previous posts, let me say I read them and I did not find a clear definitive answer.
Question is this: on a ClimateMaster how does one reset/clear the Fault Code??
It stores one fault code in non-volatile memory. In the computer world NVM retains info. even without power.
I guess I really have a second question and that is if a technician works on a ClimateMaster wouldn't it be good workmanship to clear Fault Code before leaving? Thus the next tech. may have a chance to see if there is a new issue. but again this requires the ability to clear/reset/put Fault Code back to a "1" (Normal Operating).

TT027 and before turn power off to control side of unit. TZ22 or TE30's must use diagnostic tool or communicating thermostat.

Thanks Joe, you are one of the best.
First you have answered this question better than I have ever seen it, and in less words.
Next you have been kind enough to reply at least once on all my posts/questions. And all your responses I have found helpful.
Take Care
