An Entire House summary from a wrightsoft calculation Shows a sensible cooling load of 27703 BTUH and a Req. total capacity at 0.70 SHR of 3.3 ton. Weather conditions are for greer/greenville sc. Looking for input from Waterfurnace installers as to what model Waterfurnace is required for this application based on this evaluation. If any more info is needed please let me know. The attachment section will only allow files of 100kb or less to be downloaded so I can't include the entire document. Thanks in advance

Are you looking at variable speed 7 series or dual stage 5 series? Both 3 tons in size, but I would let our southern installers weigh in more....

I would expect a 3 ton system could be made to work. A load calculation is the sum of many many parts. Look for opportunities to reduce load - things like infiltration reduction, solar gain reduction, insulation improvements. Getting ducts into conditioned space is huge if not already done. Blower door and duct blast testing may be appropriate as well.
The questions of what model WaterFurnace is best requires much more information...package or split? If split, indoor or outdoor? Is zoning contemplated? If so, how many?
You probably need to work through designing the water side of a geo system and budget before even thinking about what model number to buy.
