Hi all - My wife and I recently (January) purchased a home that is equipped with two Waterfurnace Envision Geothermal units. Both units are approximately 5 years old. This is a closed looped horizontal system. Since moving into the house we have had the installing company out numerous times in an attempt to get these devices working properly. We had problems when they were in the heating mode and now we are experiencing problems in the cooling mode. Our most current problem is that we can turn the units on and within 30-60 minutes the Hi Pressure LED becomes illuminated and that is it. We have turned the upstairs unit totally off and have concentrated on the downstairs unit. I just came back from resetting it for the 3rd time today and after it "faults" out this next time, I will turn it off too. The installer was out yesterday and reset both units and thought the problem was corrected. The outside temperature was about 80 and the thermostats were set on 73. I believe the units were blowing air that was approximately 54 degrees (Farenheit) but as luck would have it, 10 minutes after he left, the error happened again. So far, all we have been successful in doing is spending money. Can someone with some experience with these units give me any insight into what may be taking place? Thanks!

go the the thread above and please provide more info, temps, pressures, flow etc. The Waterfurnaces are usually very reliable, the fact that both act up suggests a central problem,
