Hi All,

Here is a video of issue:
We have a 4 Ton/2 Stage Vertical Flow ClimateMaster Tranquility 27 (Model # TTV049AGC01ALKS). It was new at the time of installation (Installed when we built our home - it is 6 years old right now). It is a closed loop, horizontal field. We live in the Greater Dayton area.
The reason I'm posting today, we have a horrible leak where the loop lines leave the foundation (see attached video and picture). There was a big snow melt off yesterday, as well as some significant rain and I'm sure the water table is high as heck in my area. I've captured and evacuated no less than 30 gallons of water since yesterday around noon.
My question, what is the best way to seal this? From the outside? From the inside? What methods (please list type of materials/procedure name please, as I am a non-educated foundation sealer/geo guy) are safe to use with the geo-thermal loop line? I am unsure if these would be sealed up in the same way as copper piping.
Finally, does anyone have any recommendations on who can do this in the Greater Dayton/Cincy area?
Thanks!
