I would really appreciate any advice on this. I've recently moved into a new home with a geothermal system and I believe my waterfurnace is having an issue. My Waterfurnace ESeries is flashing "HP" and there are red lights beside Lockout and Primary Mode. I've tried researching online, but find it all overwhelming as I'm not technically minded in this area at all. Can anyone advise? I can't get any engineers to call out and so am looking at the Christmas period without heat and hot water.
